Our Ballet Fundamentals Course offers over 3 hours of content, broken down into 12 easy-to-follow chapters. Designed specifically for beginners, this course cuts through the noise and gives you only the essential knowledge you need to get started. Unlike most ballet studios, which don't offer classes for complete beginners, you'll often find yourself in classes with dancers who have been training for months or even years. This course is here to fill that gap and give you a solid foundation.
Throughout the course, you'll delve into basic ballet movements and techniques. It's structured like a typical ballet class but offers in-depth explanations, helping you understand not just what we do as ballet dancers, but also how and why we do it. The course allows you to track your progression and is supplemented with notes from each video.
It is highly recommended you repeat this course to practice the technique.

This course is open to all ages- if you have any injuries/ restrictions/ health concerns you must seek permission from a medical professional prior to joining.
